Welcome to
At Carey Therapy Services, I offer a range of therapeutic options to support your wellbeing and personal growth. Whether you’re looking for short, medium or long-term therapy, sessions can take place online or in person—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
My approach centres on creating a warm and supportive space where you can safely explore challenges and work towards meaningful change. I also offer joint sessions to help improve communication, strengthen relationships and address shared concerns.
Alongside therapy, I provide clinical supervision for fellow professionals, encouraging reflective practice and growth. I also run workshops on self-care and emotional wellbeing, designed to nurture balance and resilience in everyday life.

Working Together
My work is Person-Centred Experiential (PCE), relational and trauma-informed, creating a compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome. I bring warmth, curiosity and respect to each session, supporting clients to deepen self-understanding, improve relationships and move towards meaningful change.
Supervision
I offer both individual and group supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees. Providing a safe, supportive environment where supervisees can bring both themselves and their client work with honesty and curiosity.
Supervision with me offers space to:

You might wonder about the differences between counselling and psychotherapy.
Counselling typically focuses on providing support for specific issues or life challenges in a shorter-term, solution-focused manner. It is often ideal for those seeking help with immediate concerns or stress.
Psychotherapy often delves deeper into emotional patterns, past experiences, unconscious processes and is usually a longer-term commitment. Both services are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals, whether you are seeking insight or practical strategies for change.
Alongside private practice, I work within NHS adult mental health services and teach as a Level 5 counselling tutor. These roles enrich my therapeutic approach, blending professional experience with a grounded, human understanding of life’s complexities.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process — a space to be seen, heard and supported as you make sense of your experiences and move towards greater self-connection and wellbeing.

Looking to prioritise mental health and well-being in your organisation, community or personal life? I offer a range of workshops designed to support self-care, resilience and emotional well-being.
Each session is interactive, evidence-based and focused on practical tools for positive change.
