Working Together My approach is Person-Centred Experiential (PCE), relational, and trauma-informed providing a compassionate space where all aspects of you are welcome. I bring warmth, curiosity and respect to each session, supporting clients in deepening self-understanding, improving relationships and moving towards meaningful change.

You might wonder about the differences between counselling and psychotherapy.
Counselling typically focuses on providing support for specific issues or life challenges in the short term. It is often ideal for those seeking help with immediate concerns or stress.
Psychotherapy often involves an in-depth exploration of emotional patterns, past experiences and unconscious processes making it typically a longer-term commitment.
Both counselling and psychotherapy are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals and support change.
Alongside private practice, I work within NHS adult mental health services and teach as a Level 5 counselling tutor. These roles enrich my therapeutic approach, blending professional experience with a grounded, human understanding of life’s complexities.
Therapy is a collaborative process — a space to be seen, heard and supported as you make sense of your experiences and move towards greater self-connection and wellbeing.

Looking to prioritise mental health and well-being in your organisation, community or personal life? I offer a range of workshops designed to support self-care, resilience and emotional well-being.
