I bring a wealth of experience to my psychotherapy practice, along with a deep commitment to supporting my clients. Before transitioning to psychotherapy, I spent 10 years as a secondary school teacher. My passion for mental health led me to retrain at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, where I completed an MSc in Person-Centred and Experiential Psychotherapy.
Since qualifying, I have worked privately and within NHS mental health services, supporting both adults and young people across diverse settings. My approach is holistic, and I am committed to continuous professional development (CPD) to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
